As long as the serial ports in whatever Mac you have are supported by Linux
or *BSD, yes.  (I'd think a newer box running MacOS X ought to work as well,
but since Apple neglected to include RS232 serial on its newer boxen,
you'll most likely need to add a PCI serial card (or maybe one of those
USB-to-RS232 dongles) to get an Apple II to talk to it.)
