Spam Cop Problems (have to use shared e-mail with IIe)

Lately some new kids on the block apparently are blocking shared
e-mail sites with concerns over SPAM.  Since I use an Apple IIe
(really) and have to use shared e-mail (no local ISP supports this
machine) I am now getting legitimate e-mails blocked by these anti
spam devices.  With the hardware limits I have, I can only use
eudoramail.  Since this is being increasingly blocked (and wrongly in
this case) I'd appreciate assistance on how to get unblocked.  I have
had e-mails returned regardin ebay auction items I purchased, and just
recently had an e-mail returned from a friend's web site.  Spam cop is
blocking legitimate internet commerce and correspondence, and I'd like
it stopped.  Yes, by all means stop the spam, but you folks are
wrongly blocking commece and correspondence which is not spam.  Any
suggestions folks?  Tom
