Yes, I believe that is the problem when using Bob Sander-Cederlof's patched
FID. If I remember correctly it only allowed drives 1 and 2.

As I mentioned there was also one by Bob Sander-Cederlof (I don't know if it
even had a name) and I have read there was one by Glen Bredon (Master DOS
maybe?).
