There's nothing stopping anyone from copying and uploading the material
to Asimov now. There's nothing stopping David Finnigan from hosting the
APDA materials on MacGUI.
If you're going to look at it that way there is nothing stopping anyone
from publishing and distributing any software or reading materials,
PERIOD. What is stopping most people is that a current licensee does
exist and has obtained proper rights to distribute these materials,
which is rare in this community.
