Conrad,

I think you need to be a little more specific about the issue
preventing you from taking control/possession of the cards. There are
a lot of things that can detrimentally affect this process.... some of
which may be unreconcilable.

Also... please define "a bit more time".  Are folks talking days,
weeks or months?
