Oh.  Unfotuately, my mother's internet computer is very slow due 
to some errors in the OS and hard drive.  She doesn't have the 
money to fix it or the understanding to us a differet browser. 
she has and prefers AOL, though.  Do the downloads work under 
AOL?  I can try it from there.  Thank you for the response.  :)


This sounds weird.

1.  You're a computer guy, why don't you fix your mother's 
computer?

2.  Why not just download Firefox to your mother's computer 
(after you've fixed it), use it to get what you need, then delete 
it or hide the shortcut so it doesn't bother your mother.

3.  You mean AOL Explorer, the older AOL browser?  Dunno.  Just 
download a browser that you know will work and use that.
