Or an older GPS with RS232 port. I used this method to set the clock on my HP 71B using BASIC.

I hadn't even thought of that. My $5 garage sale GPS receiver, "It doesn't do maps" is old enough that it does do RS-232. I've never hooked it up, first because until a few months ago I was using the serial port on my computer with a modem, and then I hadn't seen what I'd get out of the connection other than to see that I could do it.

On the other, I've not had much success using the thing indoors.
