All that could be done with a custom NDA which set the clock at boot
time. It needs to be written of course, but that is a trivial task...

If you have Marinetti installed and working on your IIgs, you can
already set the clock from an NTTP server from the Apple menu from
within my own SAFE2 FTP program.
