I'm curious about that.  I can imagine a French Canadian IIe, getting the 
right accent characters for French, and perhaps the layout slightly 
different.  I seem to recall that the keyboards in France are arranged 
differently from the French keyboards in Quebec, but I'm not sure if I 
really heard that or noticed it, or if I'm just imagining it, based on how 
some things are different.
