I think unpacked files on 800k .po or .2mg images would be fine - if there's a way to make it fit on 3, that's ideal. But spreading out to 4 isn't the end of the world either. The upshot is that they still need to hand-copy files over to some other storage device capable of holding it all at once, but being able to reconstitute physical floppies (or otherwise copy the .po files to mount using MountIt) to facilitate that is a viable use case.
