The logic board revision is either printed next to the slot 4 connector, or is present underneath the CPU (6502).

I'm fine with the II plus I have, don't really need an earlier one, it has the dark green connectors with mounting ears, so there was some overlap between II and II plus production.

Are those first two really A2S1's? If they are, they're Apple ][s, not ][ pluses, maybe they have the wrong cover, or someone swapped ROMs or motherboards in them?

II pluses can go for anywhere from $100 to $500 or so, depending on option cards and revision (I paid $150 for mine shipped, not on eBay, with 16k card and one rainbow-ribbon cable Disk ][ drive with controller). Rev 7+ RFI systems (with the metal overlay in the back) are worth the least, as they are very common. Ones with the memory select blocks (like mine) are worth more... mine was originally a 16k model.

II plus serial numbers do jump around a bit, and the motherboard numbering is downright odd too. My motherboard has 8010 on it, but it seems to be older than the 10th week of 1980....
