The first one you mention had a serial number under 2500 (rev 0). The second one has a serial number around 30000, and has a rev. 3 or rev. 4 motherboard.
I'd hate to see what one with a single digit or two digit serial number would go for.
I have an Apple ][ plus, serial number A2S2-68931, with a rev. 4 motherboard. Probably the closest I'll get to owning an early Apple ][, unless I find someone local.
