If it's an applesoft basic program I can crack it without even booting it up in an emulator because I have already written an applesoft de-tokenizer that can take the file and produce the full listing in plain text.  (the source for this is in the Jace source tree but there's no front-end to access it.)

It seems a pointless waste of time to engage in software protection on a platform that is this well-understood.  Also since this platform is mainly used by veterans who know most of the tricks, it's also totally absurd to think you're going to pull one over on us.  ;-)  Now, if we were still distributing programs via cassette tapes it would be a different story.
