I find myself in complete agreement with you goals and considerations about
the future. My problem is that I don't have a bunch of local people who
share my interests, complicating any timely dispersal. 

Further, I'm going to be downsizing considerably within the year, but
certainly don't have time to manage a thousand eBay auctions!
