Yep, it is real, for once. Readable, digitized and now available at http://www.brutaldeluxe.fr/, my latest acquisition: Apple-80, an 8080 simulator for the Apple II.
Published by Sybex, developed by Dann McCreary (remember, the author or Disk-o-tape). I had a discussion with him about his software in October after my purchase, you will also find his interesting comment about the software and the "ugly" manual.
I like when those great minds turn back and tell us, the followers, how hard/interesting/fun that period was. Thank you, Dann!

nb. for non-WAV users, the ciderpress/cassettes archives are contain the 8080 simulator (in the Sybex folder, no kidding)
