Finishing touches for Lode Runner 128...Not yet

http://1.buric.co/lr128-alpha2.zip

1. The high score table gets mangled. I don't know how to fix that yet.
This is the reason I have not called this version final.
2. The DOS 3.3 version should really test for 128K and the ProDOS version
should really unhook and rehook /RAM appropriately.
3. Note that the ProDOS loader is not currently BASIC-friendly; you will
get the error message "1 ERR CODE @" if you attempt to load from
BASIC.SYSTEM; this will be fixed in the final version.
4. The loader files are not shared, but the LR.DATAx files are.
5. To place the game on a disk:
   1. Copy the HELLO file from the DOS 3.3 disk and rename it LODE RUNNER,
or the LR.SYSTEM file from the ProDOS disk and rename it LODE.RUNNER.
   2. Copy the LR.DATA1, LR.DATA2, LR.DATA3 and LR.DATA4 files.

I am considering the possibility of writing a capture tool to grab the level sets from an actual Lode Runner disk.
