Apple II plus clone?

I'm looking for some info on the following item

Not many markings on it, however I just picked up what I think is an Apple
II clone to add to my collection.
The marking on it are some weird characters followed by 0S-22 - where the
Apple II plus symbol should be on the case.

Anyone know any history on the above?

Also, picked up an enhanced iie and monitor which looks like it's been
sprayed with some white material all around the case and monitor.  Looks
great, and almost seems it was done after purchase, but it looks very
professional very cool.
