I was completely floored to pickup an Apple IIe on eBay a few weeks ago, with a 1.5MB Ramworks, Transwarp and Apple Superdrive controller for about $150. The pics clearly showed the controller (and other goodie cards), so I was prepared for a bidding war... that never happened. They all work too.
