I have tested all pins for connection. I had to build a small array of leds to check them at once (up to 40). There is no evidence of any physical dislocation of any kind. All voltages are in the boundaries as well is grounding. Bending the board will not result in any change whatsoever. Pressing on any part of the board will not result in any change. I even tested the cache-board connections which are al ok. There is no overly hot component. I have tested the board with a infra-red-temperature sensor. if i get into desk accessories, the continous-check may only fail at the cache-tests. I changed the chache-ics. No change (even more buggy).
