Also, this hack seems to be needed to use ADTPro in Mountain Lion at least back to 1.2.0 (I didn't check earlier versions than that). I downloaded a couple of the older ones (the initial thought was that I could just replace JavaApplicationStub from the one contained in an earlier version), but they all fail to launch with a "damaged" error in Mountain Lion. So, it's not something new between 1.2.3 and 1.2.4, it's just that I hadn't tried to launch ADTPro since upgrading to Mountain Lion. It's something new with Mountain Lion generally.
