Thanks dr. Michael,

I found a data-sheet http://archive.6502.org/datasheets/mos_6551_acia.pdf
there are two mode, standard baud rate up to 19200 from 0001 to 1111, and non standard baud rates with external clock up to 125k baud (depend by the system clock i think).
by the way, i think that the correct bit pattern is $00 instead $10, because the four bit indicate the receiver clock source (0= external, 1= internal).
