It's entirely controlled by the $Cxxx I/O addresses. The real work is done
by the IP Dragon module whose data sheet is following. It's got a 4K on-chip
buffer, and from the Apple, you poke a byte at a time to send an Ethernet
datagram, or peek a byte at a time to read a datagram.

The rest of the Uthernet card is just an interface to the Apple II bus.
