Asimov Additions for 08.30.12 - a round of "edu-warez"

Hi,

Looks like the round from yesterday is still sitting in /incoming, so I've just added more to it.  This time mostly educational stuff.

CHEM_1_hr.dsk - a whole series that covers various chemistry topics.

COLOR_ME.dsk - from Mindscape, 1985.  Has Mouse support, Koalapad.  I think it's in DHGR too.

DUCKORAMA_S1.dsk - from E.I.S., Inc. It's a math game, and uses a Windows UI motif.

EDUFUN_ALIENENC_FACEFLASH_hr.dsk - 1982 Milliken Publishing. Includes Alien Encounter and Face Flash.

EDUFUN_JARGAME_CHAOS_hr.dsk - also 1982 Milliken. Includes The Jar Game and Chaos. 

EXPLORER_METROS_hr.dsk - 1982 Sunburst.

GERMAN_A_S1.dsk - series for learning German, 1982 Control Data Corporation (I'm not aware of any other Apple software from CDC).

INTERMEDIATE_PHYSICS_SIMS.dsk - by R.H. Good, California State University, 1985.

KEYBOARD_CADET_hr.dsk - 1985 Mindscape.  Typing trainer.

LUSCHER_PROFILE.dsk - 1986 Mindscape.  Personality profiler.

MECC_APPLE_DEMO.dsk - 1980 MECC Apple Demonstration disk, Volume 1, Version 1.1.  Hey, I found another MECC disk.

MOPTOWN_PARADE_hr.dsk - 1981, The Learning Company, by Leslie Grimm (with graphic art by 11-year old Corrine Grimm, who'd be about 42 now I suppose).  More info on Leslie Grimm can be found here:

And incidently, this program encountered a fun little RAM issue with AppleWin (which I posted about over in comp.emulators.apple2)

PIC_BUILDER.dsk - 1984, Optimum Resource.  Looks to be written by the same folks as the Stickybear series.

STAR_GAZERS_GUIDE(NoDOS).dsk - 1980 Synergistic Software. Another program by Kevin Bagley, revisions by Robert Clardy. This looks to be a converted DOS 3.2 disk, so it's in 16-sector format, but needs another disk booted to get DOS loaded.  Fixable, but I didn't invest the time in it.  It's a star charting/constellation program.

TRAUMA.dsk - Med Ed., 1984.  You go through various medical trauma scenarios.  With graphics.

TRICKSTER_COYOTE.dsk - 1982 Reader's Digest (they had software?). A word game.

UP_AND_ADDEM.dsk - 1984, Fisher Price (with requisite pirate rag screen).  A good example of why the edu-warez likely don't have a good survival rate...
