I entertained the idea of off shoring the project too.  MediaWiki's got some nice API hooks & templates make it uber simple to get formatting correct.  Again to use the Bilestoad example.  Here's what prints out the header.  GDS = the name of the template.

Side note about Bilestoad... if you've not see this... http://www.dadgum.com/halcyon/BOOK/GOODMAN.HTM Key take away is 
"I've never met or talked to anyone who had an official copy."  Sooooooo... anyone have an oringial copy or copy without the crack screen?  I guess there's only 5000 out there.
