Oh yes, I've sure read that .... many times.  :)  John Romero is the only person I know who has an original copy of Bilestoad:  "I have the original 1982 gold label retail floppy.", http://planetromero.com/2010/01/the-bilestoad

I've been keeping a watch on eBay for ~12 months now.  I did find an old auction that mentioned Bilestoad - selling an Apple IIe and the buyer could select any 20 games from his originals collection (of about ~50 games), and Bilestoad was one of them.  Very sad I missed that auction, because the IIe went pretty cheap ($100 or so IIRC).

Maybe one day I'll get lucky ...  :)
