    How VERY, VERY embarrassing!  In my attempt to save you some
trouble by uncompressing "BS4DUAL.SDK" for you it seems I sent you a
ProDOS order image instead of a DOS order image.

    Hey, it's ALWAYS easy for the software guy to blame the hardware
guy.  And, vice versa.
