I got mine from Element14 -- it took a while for them to get the devices in stock but they did a great job communicating when the devices were back in stock and when they were shipping the units.  Your best bet is to register your interest and wait... a while.  From the time I ordered to the time I got my devices was a little over two months, but I'm not upset because my expectations were set that way from the beginning.
