I was able to log in without a challenge, but I couldn't see the challenge word in the account settings (not displayed for my protection).  I was able to change the challenge settings and save it.  So much for their extra protection.  Gotta love gmail.  Again, I hope I didn't breach some kind of c.s.a2 etiquette by changing the account without the required authority.
