On what type of computer (or simulator) would you use this 3.5" disk

When I played the game (last year) and did my re-engineering of the
code, it was all done with the AppleWin.exe simulator on a WindowsXP
PC. I don't think that simulator supports 3.5" diskettes, but it does
support a hard-drive in slot 7. Unfortunately, Apple Pascal 1.1 does
not recognize slot 7 as a disk device.

3.5" floppy images are simply hard-drive images. ProDOS treats both as block devices with block size of 512 bytes, and so do emulators.

So, if you feel that adventurous about porting the game, check ProDOS and the existing Pascal implementations for it.

Perhaps Kyan and Lazer Pascal could be interesting start. I have experience only with Instant Pascal, and while groundbreaking learning tool for the Apple II (and a heroic programming effort), it does not have enough free memory for "serious" work.

You should also check whether Apple Pascal 1.2 and 1.3 have support for ProDOS devices.
