The Change.List is in the archive or BXY file for the program itself.
Once you extract that, you will see it amongst the Read.Me.Frist,
Quick.Start, and Manual files in the archive folder...

Thank you, I had forgotten that the folder was named SAFE2.ARCHIVE.
