TKC Numeric Keypad

I recently acquired a numeric keypad make by TKC (The Keyboard Company). 
It's identical to the one listed here, only without the controller card:

I'm trying to determine if it's possible to connect this to the numeric
keypad port in my Enhanced Apple IIe.  I've disassembled the keypad and it
appears as if it requires +5v power, unlike the standard IIe keypad.  Other
than that, I've been unable to easily determine how it works.

Is anyone familiar with this device?  Does anyone have a pinout?  Is it
possible to connect it to an Apple IIe?
