It is not a simple conversion. 

The keypad intended for the //e is a simple key matrix, scanned by the
//e's keyboard encoder. 

The ][/][+ version you have presents a full parallel ASCII character to the
Apple.  And FWIW, the keypad matrix is nothing like what the //e expects.
