Spectrum has a Telnet mode, and you can choose different online
displays, but what I am not sure is if the ANSI colour display would
work properly under Telnet, as normally you would use the VT100 display
for that.

But speaking of Spectrum, SIS of course still works as a web browser,
though more and more, web pages are now so complex, that SIS will
quickly fall over on some pages.
