For anybody without iBooks 2 or iPad, here's the PDF version:

The PDF version retains the look, but lack interactiveness and video
(showing how the program works).
I hope I can distribute this book when it is done for free (I am still
not sure how iBookstore works), and also help to work on any Apple II
related books.
