I turned on my ROM 3 IIgs and instead of that cheerful blue startup
screen I saw ugly black and white bands. No other signs of life other
than the power light. I pulled all the cards and the accelerator .
Then Swapped the power supply and ROMs with a working ROM 3 but no
luck.
I have a spare but what with ROM 3s being pretty scarce hereabouts I
thought maybe a repair would be in order. Since I have replacement
RAM on hand that seems like a possible place to start. Anyone have
any better ideas?
