The DOS 3.3 FST sounds like the best way to go. But if you can't do
that for some reason, Copy II Plus (at least version 7.2 and up) can
copy from DOS 3.3 disks to ProDos 5.25" or 3.5" disks. I'm sure it's
available on some web site.
Two potential problems - Copy II Plus doesn't correctly handle copying
a IIgs forked file. Also, ProDos has stricter file naming
conventions. ProDos files must start with a letter, be no longer than
15 characters, and can only include the alphabet, numbers, and
periods. So you may have to rename some of the files.
