Thanks David, I've checked these out and can add a ton of new stuff to
these.

I'll upload ZIPs to ASIMOV with the new stuff in the future, and use
names based on the above.  e.g. APPLE II game cover collection 02.zip,
APPLE II game cover collection 03.zip
