The whole availability of SuperDrive cards occured when someone posted
a "Hardware Wanted" ad for one on Syndicomm Online's A2 Forum last
August 20.  MT Steve replied that he recently received a catalog from
Shreve Systems in the mail and in that it described "refurbished Apple
II Multi-Controller card" for $59.  A few people then ordered them and
confirmed that they were indeed the very sought after card.  It was
sort of a stroke of luck that they were discovered at all.

I often wonder how many former Apple II vendors have stock on other
hard to come by items that they don't think they can sell?
