Assuming you are using AppleWorks 5, and assuming that you can't see the field
that you added under OA-N:
After adding the new field, press OA-L and then OA-I to insert it in the screen
layout. From there it can be inserted into reports. If you still can't get it
into a report (for printing) please ask the question again.
Reports are created either
a) from scratch, in which case your new field should appear automatically. or
b)From the current layout, in which case the new field will appear only if it
is in the current layout (see above).
