Appleworks hints

1) I want to make a database file under AW5 to catalogue my disk collection.
The layout is a follows:

Part Number
Description
Description
OS
Copyright 

Any suggestions as to what else should be included in the database?


2) When working in AW on a database file.
a) You press OA-N to modify the file layout
b) You add a field
c) That "new" field does not appear on printouts etc.
