Actually given that original Apple ][ disks sell for around $5-10+ (or
many times that) on eBay, the "Over 4 000 plus disks" alone could be
worth $20,000-$40,000 or more - providing they are originals and not
bootlegs.

The descriptions are very vague. When you are spending $1,000's,
vague statements like "A number of heavily & custom built Apple IIGS
'Wozniak' Edition computers " and "Over 4 000 plus disks on 5.25" &
3.50" software titles. (Too much too list)." just wont curt the
mustard. He needs to provide a full, itemised list of everything with
the condition of each item.

I have been watching Apple ][ stuff on eBay in Australia for 10+
years, and it has suddenly gotten very expensive - ever since Jobs
died, the prices have been increasing exponentially.

Just yesterday, a non-working, bare bones Apple //c with no cables,
disks, manuals, or anything else sold for $86 AUD. The same unit
would have sold for $10 six months ago. I was interested in it for
spare parts for my non-working Apple //c, but given it was also non-
working, I wasn't interested to the tune of $86.

Old Apple ][ games and disks are also going for crazy prices, even
disks of bootleg games.

It's suddenly become very hard to find a bargain ....
