As Ed says, it won't work on most disks which have copy protection.

In nearly all cases where disks are copy protected, your best bet is to
download pre-existing images of the games you want from archives like 'Fairway,
Tarnover, Asimov, and Ground. Character disks are, fairly often, not copy
protected; so, you may be able to make images of those (using Asimov or
DSK2FILE) and transfer saved games you want.

If you want to make deprotected copies of some games, the best place to
look is issues of Computist. Tarnover maintains the largest Computist archive
and has an index for looking up articles about specific games and other
software. ( http://tarnover.dyndns.org/ )

The best utility for making disk images on a IIgs is Asimov. For info
