256K x 1, if you can find an old XT or AT, you should be able to salvage
from that.

The RAM requires either a RAM disk program, or AE's AppleWorks software for
version 2.0 to use the RAM. Later versions of AppleWorks wouldn't require
the AE software. If you are using TO modules, they will load into the RAM,
and really speed up your work.

If memory serves you could put a 65816 on board. To my knowledge there was
never any software developed to utilize it.
