At least we have that.

If you find GS/OS 5.x (5.0.4 was the last, right?), please let me know.  I'm 
also interested in 4.x.  If I find these among my archives, I will also holler.

Phil posted the contents of that broken URL right after _I_ wrote to him. :-)
