I typically use ShrinkIt on my //e, and _never_ have file type problems
on the Apple II side. The only problem is getting the Mac to not "fork"
the file, since ShrinkIt will happily open _any_ "type" file, as long as
it's actually a ShrinkIt archive.
To expand the list of ShrinkIt "Open" choices, just press Open-Apple-S
(IIR...it's on the bottom of the screen) and _every_ file in the subdirectory
will be available for ShrinkIt to open.
