It was an original Woz (one of the first in the Chicago area, if I recall) which
had the mobo replaced early on -- it is currtnelt a ROM01. Setting the control
panel used to work just fine -- I had been using a SuperSerialCard to get a
high-speed (19.2) connection to a Vax cluster in 1996, and I used to play games
at 1Mhz all the time. To do this, you need to set Slot-2 to YOUR CARD, of
course, and the speed setting.
I haven't had the time to pull all the chips, but that IS my next step, and only
hope, it looks like.
