Thanks very much for the id help, guys!  I really appreciate it.  I have
updated my Identification list with your comments and have attributed them.
If anybody else has anything to add, please do so!  I'm glad someone could
identify The Eye card... I was honestly getting a bit jumpy having it in the
house.  :)
