I didn't describe the problem in my first post.  I'm using Prodos 8 Ver 1.5.
I try to do a Fastcopy (Ver 1.0) of an 800k disk with an 832k ramdisk. I get
"A memory error has occured. Failure occured on the Apple memory expansion
card."  This happens when writing to disk. It reads the whole disk fine.
