Yes, well the OCR software I'm using will accept pict or tiff format but
for no particular reason I'm using PICT.

I have the OCR software set to lose the graphics since it often enough
got
confused when I had it place the graphics in the document. So I add the
graphics to the WP document

I'm using the full version of Acrobat.

Do one manual as a WP document, I'll convert it to PDF and send it back
to you for proof reading and if you're happy with it we can post it.

I don't try to do a lot at once. I try for about 3 pages a day. Doesn't
take a
lot of time at once but it builds up. I've been eying my PC Transporter
manual
but I'll probably leave that a while as it's pretty big
