Do you have any RAM you know to be good? If you do, take
one bank out and replace it with known good memory and test
the machine. Repeat for each bank until it works. If you have
soldered in memory, you might have a problem because you
would have to remove the RAM from the board to swap memory.
I know some dudes here have put sockets on such motherboards
when they remove the memory to make it easier in the future.
